Enabling billing


Crusoe Cloud is currently in private beta. If you do not currently have access, please request access to continue.

In order to use Crusoe Cloud, you must enable billing on your account. You will need a valid, non-prepaid credit card to proceed.

In order to enable billing via the Crusoe Cloud console:

  • Visit the Crusoe Cloud console
  • Click the "Billing" tab in the left nav
  • Click the "Add payment method"
  • Enter your credit card information
  • Click the "Add" button
  • Click the "Return to Crusoe Cloud" link to return to the console

If you are unable to enable billing, please contact support with additional details.
